By choosing our Practice, we would ask you to accept the following Terms of Business.

CONSULTATION TIMES are every 15 minutes. A further appointment may be advised if we need longer to help resolve your pet's problem, or if you are bringing along more than one pet. If the consultation takes significantly longer than the allocated 15 minutes then an additional charge may apply.

FEES are determined by the time spent on a case and according to the drugs, materials, consumables and diets used. Our written list is
displayed in the Surgery. You will receive a detailed invoice for every consultation, surgical procedure or transaction with us.

For your peace of mind, price estimates can always be given.

PAYMENT is due at every consultation and the following methods of payment are accepted:-

• Cash
  
• Cheque (if supported by a valid banker's card)
  
• Credit/Debit card - Switch, Solo, Mastercard, Visa or Amex (note...a 70p charge will apply to all cheque or card payments of
  £10 or less)

In a situation where an invoice arrangement is in place, the account should be settled within 30 days.
Installments or part-payments of any outstanding account may ONLY be sanctioned with the
express permission of Julie Gray MRCVS, Director

Late or non-payment will result in administrative charges being incurred.

Where there is no response to a payment request, particularly after 90 days, the outstanding amount will be passed to a Debt Collection Agency, whose administration and collection fees add a further 25% to the amount outstanding.
